Why our Reports are Different - Not just the numbers
Of course, the initial and final alignment conditions will be in the report. Your report will also include crucial actionable information you need, such as:
- bearings that are showing excessive wear
- rollers with worn out covers
- bent shafts discovered
- improper gear backlash
- hardware that was modified to gain alignment
- improper installation of components
- if we discover improper mechanical /pneumatic action in a component
- unsafe existing conditions you may not be aware of
We will make you aware of these conditions so that you can rectify them while we are still on site, but this information is included so that you can plan to fix them in the future as well.
Most Importantly - the recommendations for what to do next. Our Recommendations section of the report is your call to action for planning. Does anything need any further attention? When should my machine be inspected or aligned again?
